Delivery & Exchange
Return & Exchange policy
1. Exchange and refund of items will not be honoured after 24 hours of receipt of goods.
2. If you have receieved your product in a damaged or defective condition, we will review and advise on an appropriate action, whether to replace, exchange or to refund.
3. Products exchanged can ony be of the same value or higher, subject to a top-up in difference in value.
4. All custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE, but amendments are allowed subject to whether the workshop has started on the order. Additional Charges may be incurred.
6. In the event that items are replaced, exchanged or returned, the shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
Product & Delivery Information
1. As our products are mostly handmade, some variations in colour and texture are to be expected between the actual product and image.
2. Delivery Charge will be $20 per trip.
3. Upon unsucessful delivery, customer will have to pay and additional $10 for redelivery.
Cancellation of Order
1. If you have changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of the time of order and receive a full refund of your money.
2. Cancellations after 24 hours are reviewed on a case by case basis.
Refund Policy
1. Refunds might take up to 14 working days to fully process. Mode of refund will usually be in the form of the original Mode or payment. Home Fashions Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the mode of refund.
Production Lead Time
1. The production lead time for our products might take from 2 to 16 weeks, depending on the product. We will advise you upon completing the order.
This is based on past experience with our factory and suppliers. However, due to factors beyond our control such as freight delays, adverse weather or strikes, We cannot guarantee lead times. Orders cannot be cancelled, nor deposits refunded due to delays in deliveries.
